There’s something reassuring about walking into a place where people know your name. Where you don’t have to explain yourself twice, and the person behind the counter remembers a little more about you than what’s written on your prescription. That’s what a neighborhood pharmacy has always been about. Familiar faces, familiar conversations, and the comfort of knowing someone is looking out for you.

For CVS, we wanted to bring that feeling of a neighborhood pharmacy to a national brand. So rather than cast actors to play pharmacists, we cast actual CVS pharmacists and asked them to do what they do every day. Listen, offer advice, remember the little things, and treat their customers like family. Our job was simply to create the space for those interactions to feel as natural on camera as they do in real life.
